This village lies in a wonderful lakeside position at the foot of hills of Monte Baldo famous for it's orchards, olive groves and vineyards producing renowned wines as Bardolino. It has a mild climate, inviting beaches dotted with many family run hotels and restaurants.

Situated at the lower end of the Riviera where the lake widens out it take on an ever more Mediterranean appearance, Bardolino has varied types of accommodation for the most diverse needs.

Every year the "End of September grape festival" is organized to celebrate the vines produced here and from other neighbouring villages. The traditional "Bird festival" also takes place in Cisano, every year on the first week of September; it’s an exhibition dedicated to the bird catching which attracts many tourists and hunters from all over Italy

There are many opportunities for an active and sporting holiday as well as the opportunity to taste local wines and olive oil also produced here and available to buy from the famous olive oil museum at Cisano Bardolino. Last, but not least, Bardolino also enjoys a lively nightlife with bustling bars and restaurants.
