Lake Garda
is the main Italian lake and one of the most important
water reserves in Europe.

There are many bike rentals at Malcesine..
Visit the old port of
Torbole where you can enjoy some of the best
windsurfiing in Italy. There are many Surf rental
shops for beginers and experts. Another must even if
it's just for a relaxing stroll are the charming old
streets of Limone and the castle a Roman Villa in Sirmione.
On the southern shore, jutting into
Lake Garda, lays Sirmione with its quiet cobblestone
streets, thermal baths, fairytale castle, olive groves
and quaint Lake Garda hotels.

The boats that link the historic lakeside
towns are an enjoyable way to travel.
There are many Breathtakeing views awaiting those who enjoy mountain
trekking.
There is
plenty of time to wander in the villages, have a long
lunch or take a swim. The walking is all taken at a
leisurely pace and does not involve any significant
ascent but walking down from Monte Bado can test the
knees if you do not opt to return by cable.
In Bardolino throughout the centuries an extraordinary
historical and artistic heritage has formed. today there
are still the towers and
remains of the Scaliger walls, by the beautiful churches
(small masterpieces of Romanesque art) and by the garden
parks and Venetian style villas. Gazing across Lake Garda from the town of
Desenzano on its southwest bank, the view is quite
spectacular. Lake Garda’s has more in common with
southern Italy.
