Azienda Agricola Le Caldane is located in a morainic amphitheater, between the hills of Colą and the shore of lake Garda. The 89 acre estate (including the vineyards) lies in the domain which is registered as D.O.C. (Dominazione Origine Controllata) for Bardolino wine.
The name, Caldane, is derived from an archaic word used to denote the presence of a hot spring.

 

At the nearby spa, which was established a few years ago, water gushes with a temperature of 35oC. Many people swear by the healing powers of the thermal mineral baths.

Our quality wines are sold directly at the farm and are appreciated by Italian and foreign clients alike.

For years, the Azienda Caldane has offered its guests a variety of possibilities to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Tent sites as well as spaces for campers/caravans are available in the midst of vineyards and fruit trees.

There is a swimming pool, a playground and a large patio, as well as shower/dressing rooms and toilets. As mentioned above, furnished rooms are available.

 

 

 

The farmstead, Le Caldane, is ideally situated. Its proximity to Verona allows our guests to explore the historical and cultural treasures in this beautiful city. Lake Garda, a mere 3 km away, offers a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities.

From March to October, typical meals are served on the terrace or in the rustic dining room on Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Reservation is required.
Well furnished rooms, with kitchenette and private bath,
will help make your stay at our retreat in a panoramic setting comfortable and relaxing.
In the farm we have 4 beds-rooms and 5 double-rooms. In every room there is a little kitchen and toilet with shower.
