There is plenty of time to wander in the villages, have a long lunch or take a swim. Most Hotels are on the Lake front with magnificent views of the Lake and Monte Baldo. You can take a ferry around the lake or maybe a cable car up to the top of beautiful Monte Baldo which also has a fine selection of hotels.

 

Desenzano. Its good climate throughout the year, makes it an ideal place for an holiday of rest but for a variety of sport activities too. Many modern facilities offer possibility for the nautical sports, sailing, windsurfing, excursions on the lake and around to the lake, trekking and golf.

 

Sirmione. Important thermal station for the treatment of diseases of the ups and downs respiratory ways, the rheumatic, vascular, dermatological and gynecological pathologies. Sirmione is an important historical city too, preserves witnesses of the ancient  roman and medieval times. Peschiera. Resort easily accessible by train or motorway from many  important cities of northeast -Milan, Venice, Verona- it is starting point  for the main cruises on the lake. The surroundings offer several naturalistic and entertainment parks and this area is famed for its vineyards which produce appreciated wines as Bardolino  Lugana and Tocai white.
